We apologise to announce at the last minute that the next beginners course, will start on 21 June 2011 to run for 4 consecutive Tuesday and classes Thursday (e.g. 21, 23, 28, 30).
If you would like to join (or you know somebody who would like to) please do it on the 21 of June.

The Manor Community College is closed on bank holidays therefore the sparring session on Monday 30 May 2011 will be cancelled: an alternative sparring session at the Histon Road Recreation Ground will take place in case of good weather (e.g. no rain during or before the session) between 4 and 6pm. To celebrate the social as well as martial aspects of our club we are going to have the annual BBQ on 11 June 2011. Current and former members, as well as partners, are welcome. Please contact us to book your place before Tuesday 7 June.
