If you are total beginner the last CARISMA beginners course started on Thursday 17 April 2025 at 5:45pm to run for 4 consecutive Thursday and Tuesday classes (e.g. 17, 22, 24 and 29 April).

According to our philosophy martial arts take time to be learnt to a minimum level of proficiency; it makes sense for you to join the beginners course just if you are available to attend it until its end, with the intention of joining our club after the beginners course ends and train with us for the months to come. Please refrain from joining if you are leaving Cambridge immediately after the beginners course ends.

We would like to inform everybody that the last lesson for 2024 will be on Sunday 22 December at Kelsey Kerridge.
The first session for 2025 will be on Thursday 2 January at Kelsey Kerridge. There will be no lesson between the above dates.
