Due to bad weather, we are training today at the top floor of the Queen Anne car park, next door to Kelsey Kerridge. The class will be the usual times, 5pm to 7pm. Please wear trainers because the floor is rough. If the weather clears up, we will train outside on Parker’s Piece, so please bring foot pads as well.
Back to sparring August 2021
We are pleased to announce that from Monday 2 August 2021 we are re-starting our sparring sessions which were cancelled in February 2020.

Beginners Course July 2021
If you are total beginner the next CARISMA beginners course will start on Tuesday 20 July 2021 at 5:45pm to run for 4 consecutive Tuesday and Thursday classes (e.g. 20, 22, 27 and 29 July).
If you have a previous and relevant experience in martial arts please read the join page and join us at any time, e.g. no need to wait for the beginners course. Please get in touch with us if in doubt.
