If you are total beginner the next CARISMA beginners course will start on Tuesday 20 September 2022 at 5:45pm to run for 4 consecutive Thursday and Tuesday classes (e.g. 20, 22, 27 and 29 September).
Please note that martial arts take time to be learnt to a minimum level of proficiency; it makes sense for you to join the beginners course just if you are available to join our club after the beginners course ends and train with us for the months to come.

There will be NO TRAINING on Monday 29 August as the North Cambridge Academy is closed. Standard training schedule ill resume from Tues 30th August onwards.
CARISMA is inviting all of its members to take part in the Swaffham Beatdown 4 Kickboxing Light Contact competition. It will be held at the Assembly Rooms, 1 Market Place, Swaffham, PE37 7AB on Sunday 18th September, starting from 9am for weigh in. Fighters’ fees will be £12 and spectators’ fees will be £6.
Each fight will be pre-matched, taking into account gender, weight and experience, following the ICO Kickboxing Light Continuous rules. Each fighter will take part in a 3 rounds fight in the ring (under 14 years old 1 minute, 1.5 minutes for over 14 years old)
We are looking forward to members of CARISMA, ARUKBC and CUKBS to get involved and to come forward and take part is this unique opportunity. Please fill up the application form below and enter your details. All applications should be in by Friday 9 September.
