If you are total beginner the next CARISMA beginners course will start on Thursday 18 August 2022 at 5:45pm to run for 4 consecutive Thursday and Tuesday classes (e.g. 18, 23, 25 and 30 August).
Please note that martial arts take time to be learnt to a minimum level of proficiency; it makes sense for you to join the beginners course just if you are available to join our club after the beginners course ends and train with us for the months to come.
