All Sunday sessions between 7 July and 25 August 2013 inclusive will be held at the Histon Road Recreation Ground (see map below) at 5:00-7:00PM when the weather allows it.
In case of rain (or if the grass is wet as it rained previously) we will post a message on this site to indicate the training venue that will be visible under the schedule category please check it if in doubt.

On 22 June 2013 PACT is running the traditional Summer Event and we as CARISMA will be entertaining some of their guests with a demonstration of kickboxing, multicombat and self defence. Please come along, support us and join is, all levels are welcome.
Petersfield Area Community Trust (PACT) was founded in 1997 and aims to organise supportive structures to foster local community spirit in the Petersfield area of Cambridge. We are a forum which seeks to further the interests of residents and to fulfil community needs. As Salus Wellness is located in the heart of Petersfield we are more than happy of getting involved and helping PACT ib any way we can.
The next CARISMA beginners course will start on Tuesday 18 June 2013, to run for 4 consecutive Tuesday and Thursday classes (e.g. 18, 20, 25, 27).
Please notice: you must join the beginners’ course just if you are a total beginnner. Any previous experience in striking martial arts (kickboxing, muai thai, karate, tae kwon do, kung fu, etc…) is appreciated and will allow you to join without going through the beginners’ course. Please get in touch with us if in doubt.

There is no need for booking for beginners: please just turn up at 6pm at Kelsey Kerridge.
Another successful grading session on Sunday 2 June. Two Black, 1 Brown, 2 Blue, 1 Green Second, 3 Orange Second, 2 Orange and 6 Yellow belts awarded to members of CARISMA, ARUKBC and CUKBS.
The Manor Community College is closed on bank holidays therefore the sparring session on Monday 27 May 2013 will be cancelled; an alternative sparring session at the Histon Road Recreation Ground will take place in case of good weather (e.g. no rain during or before the session) between 4 and 6pm.
