CARISMA Town vs. Gown 2010 – celebration
As Town vs Gown was a success and we always go for dinner after grading, please join us for this double celebration. We’ll meet at Teri Aki, The Quay, Cambridge at 8:00pm on Sunday 28 Feb.
Please r.s.v.p. a.s.a.p. clicking this link (you must be a member of our Facebook Group, so good chance to join if you are not yet ;-)) as we need to book to avoid disappointments!
P.S. We are likely to go out for drinks in a pub nearby afterward so, even if the event is planned to finish at 10 please leave your options open for the rest of the night.

CARISMA Town vs. Gown 2010 – the fights
Here below are the official matches in the same order they will run during the Town Vs. Gown 2010 on 19 February 2010.
Fighter will have to be at the Manor Community College (directions here) not later than 2:15 while spectators should try to make sure to arrive before 3pm. The aim is to start the fights at 3:15pm, don’t be late!
There will be a 15 minute break between fight 7 and 8.

We have a few more tickets for sale and we would like to invite everyone interested in being a spectator to buy their tickets at discounted price: the sales ends on Tues 16 Feb.
After that date spectators will be charged “At the door” prices as indicated below:

- Concessions will be all people belonging to the respective clubs: CARISMA, CUKBS and ARUKBC.
To secure your ticket, until Tues 16 Feb, you have four options (in decreasing preferential order):
- get in touch with one of the fighters (e.g. your friend)
- visit one the CARISMA classes on Sunday, Monday or Tues or the University clubs classes on Sat (at St. Paul at 4pm)
- Email the club to agree a pickup point

Beginners Course February 2010
CARISMA is running a new beginners course, starting on the 16 February 2010 to run for 4 consecutive Tuesday and Thursday classes (e.g. 16, 18, 23, 25).
The club is at the moment very close to its saturation point and the first months of the year are historically the busiest months for beginners: that means that the following beginners’ course may be in April or later. If you would like to join (or you know somebody who would like to) please do it on the 16th of February.

There is no need for booking for beginners: please just turn up at 6pm at Kelsey

CARISMA Town vs. Gown 2010 – tickets for spectators
The aim for TG2010 is to allow all fighters to enjoy themselves as well as gain realistic fighting experience while being in a friendly environment. Although none of the clubs’ aim is to make a profit out of this event they need to cover the costs of venues, judges and ring therefore all spectators will be charged a small entry fee.
Tickets for spectators will be avaiable from Weds 27 Jan 2010 from the respective clubs, as well as from each fighter. Prices for spectators will be as follow:
