Beginners Course July 2014

busyclassThe next CARISMA beginners course will start on Tuesday 22 July 2014, to run for 4 consecutive Tuesday and Thursday classes (e.g. 22, 24, 29, 31).

Please notice: you must join the beginners’ course just if you are a total beginner. Any previous experience in striking martial arts (kickboxing, muai thai, karate, tae kwon do, kung fu, etc…) is appreciated and it will allow you to join without going through the beginners’ course. Please get in touch with us if in doubt.

If you’d like to check our prices please look at this page. Please notice that Kelsey Kerridge charges a day entry to every non member entering their premises.

We would like to gather numbers to be prepared so it would be great if you leave, confidentially, your name in this Doddle poll. Please make sure to turn up before 6:15pm at Kelsey Kerridge as there might be a long queue.

Training on Sunday summer 2014

All Sunday sessions between 6 July and 31 August 2014 inclusive will be held at the Histon Road Recreation Ground (see map below) at 5:00-7:00PM when the weather allows it.

In case of rain (or if the grass is wet as it rained previously) we will post a message on this site to indicate the training venue that will be visible under the schedule category please check it if in doubt.

Training on 5 May 2014

The Manor Community College is closed on bank holidays therefore the sparring session on Monday 5 May 2014 is cancelled; an alternative sparring session at the Histon Road Recreation Ground will take place in case of good weather (e.g. no rain during or before the session) between 4 and 6pm.
