If you are total beginner the last CARISMA beginners course started on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at 5:45pm to run for 4 consecutive Tuesday and Thursday classes (e.g. 21, 23, 28 and 30 May).
If you have previous and relevant experience in martial arts please read the join page and join us at any time, e.g. no need to wait for the beginners course. Please get in touch with us if in doubt.

CARISMA Cup – Friendly Fight January 2024
Following up on the success of the previous event CARISMA is announcing a friendly fight open to all members of CARISMA, ARUKBC and CUKBS, to be held in CAMBRIDGE at the North Cambridge Sports Centre on 29 January 2024, starting at 6:30PM sharp.
This is the ideal chance for total beginners to test their skills in a totally safe and fairly informal setting.
Each fight will be pre-matched, taking into account gender, weight and experience, following the Wako International Kickboxing Light Continuous rules. Each fighter will take part in a 3 rounds bout fight in the ring (beginners 1 minute, intermediate 1.5 minutes and advanced 2 minutes).

The fights will be strictly light contact to ensure everybody’s safety and enjoyment. We’ll apply the same rules and regulations as per our Town Vs Gown fights. Please read careful all rules and regulations also in terms of kit and uniform required.
