CARISMA is inviting all of its members to take part in the Swaffham Beatdown 3 Kickboxing Light Contact competition. It will be held at the Assembly Rooms, 1 Market Place, Swaffham, PE37 7AB on Sunday 29th May, starting from 9am for weigh in. Fighters’ fees will be £12 and spectators’ fees will be £6.

Each fight will be pre-matched, taking into account gender, weight and experience, following the ICO Kickboxing Light Continuous rules.  Each fighter will take part in a 3 rounds fight in the ring (under 14 years old 1 minute, 1.5 minutes for over 14 years old)
