Open Self Defence Seminar, 14 December 2002

The aim of this seminar (SDC) is to raise awareness in various self defence situations and, at the same time, improve the knowledge of techniques that allow quick and effective response to a dangerous situation. The overall result was very good and students response was great. A total of 12 people participated to the SDC, the second event specialised in self defence organised by CARISMA.

• Various ways of defending from the same attack, suitable for people of different size, strenght and shape.
• Defence against grappling and bare hands attack.
• Quick demonstration about defending against sharp weapons.
