CARISMA 3rd AGM

Attendance: Annie, Duncan, Massimo, Mark Hoyle, Victoria Page, Victoria Clark, Jacqueline, Emma, Christine, Robin, Guy, Chris.

• Accounts, still to be prepared, last statement £2996 and change in the bank. Chris has not worked on the accounts since July 2000. He suggests to be replaced as treasurer of the club.
• Mark offered himself to be treasurer and has been elected by all members. All other members of the committee has been re-elected.
• Robin questioned whether the club want to have kids in the class and most people disagree for various logistic reasons. The committee will have to take a decision about the possibility of adding an extra class just for kids.
• Competitions: most people present were not interested in participating to competitions. Massimo feels that he must be there if any of the students wants to fight in order to assist and coach. He will continue to do it if the people involved show a greater level of commitment in training. The next competition will be on 2/9/2001 in Maidenhead. Non fighters are invited to support the fighters.
• Massimo suggest all members of the committee and all assistant instructors to advertise at the classes any known event to make sure every student is notified.
• Irish training week end (7-9 Sep 2001) has been mentioned as A.O.B.
